1. Highlight of 09’CIIPF

2. Who should attend?
Overseas companies or their agents who want to enter the Chinese
market (products, services, technology, etc.)
Overseas companies and organizations or their agents who wants
to cooperate with Chinese enterprises
International chain brand companies or their agents
Chinese companies or organizations who have been the import
agents of the foreign products, services and technology
Chinese enterprises, organizations and individuals who want to
cooperate with or to be the agents of the overseas companies
All types of service agencies who help the overseas companies to
enter the Chinese market, such as agents, logistics companies, law
firms, accounting firms, consulting firms, websites, publications,
etc.
3. How does it work?
1) Multi-Choices to participate to maximize the individual needs:
International Fair for the Procurement of Imports: the
organizers promise at least 3-5 real potential partners who will
have the face to face meeting at site for each participant by the
pre-matchmaking.
International Exhibition for the Import Procurement: at the same
period of 09’CIIPF, there will be an exhibition to display and
promote the participants’ products, services and technology.
Display and negotiation Commitment: Participants, who can not
attend personally, can commit the organizers to make on-site
display, matchmaking potential partners and public their information
on the organizers’ official website. Finally, the organizers will
collect all the results and summit to the principals.
Seminar of “How to enter the Chinese market”: The organizers
will invite the authorized government officials and experts to
explain the actual practices and skills to avoid risk during the
process of entering the Chinese market for the overseas companies
Journal advertisement: the organizers will publish not less than
3000 Fair Journals which will be distributed freely to the visitors
of the 09’CIIPF and most parts of the Chinese chambers and business
associations. The participants can select it to make advertisements
to expand their impact.
2) Pre-matchmaking by “On-line” and “Off-line” to ensure the
participated effect.
Before 15th April, 2009, the organizers accept participants’
registration from domestic and abroad
Before 15th May, 2009, the organizers practice the
pre-matchmaking
Before 31st May, 2009, the organizers provide at least 3-5 real
potential partners to each participant
3) One year continuous services after the 09’CIIPF to maximize the
participated effectiveness. All registration information will still
reserve on the organizers’ official website before 25th June, 2010, and
continuous potential partner’s matchmaking by the organizers.
